3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom with washbasin, walk-in shower, and toilet.
Second bathroom with bath-shower combination, washbasin, and toilet. Separate guest toilet with washbasin on the ground floor.
A large enclosed terrace with a lounge set, sun loungers, parasols, a dining table, and a built-in charcoal barbecue.
A large garden (not enclosed) with direct access to the river Semois.
Pets are NOT allowed (a small dog may be exceptionally allowed after written agreement).

The garden adjacent to the Semois, with its spacious terrace , is equipped with a table for 6 people, a lounge set, parasols, and 2 sunbeds . Shade nets make the terrace extra pleasant. The terrace is fenced, the garden is not.
There is extra garden furniture available that you can place in the garden.
You can use a fire pit in the garden (wood is available).
There is a fixed charcoal barbecue adjacent to the terrace. (charcoal to be provided by yourself)

We ensure you a carefree, restful night's sleep thanks to high-quality beds equipped with a luxury topper, 2 pillows per person, and luxurious sheets. An extra blanket is available in the closet.
Each person has a bedside table, a power outlet, and a reading lamp.
Thanks to the smart TV, you can quietly catch a rerun of the news or watch a Netflix movie before going to sleep.
For longer stays, we are happy to change your linen weekly.

The sleek white kitchen is equipped with every comfort : in addition to plates, glasses, pots and pans, and casseroles, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, gas hob with oven and extractor hood, coffee maker & Senseo, toaster, kettle, and microwave.
A washing machine, tumble dryer , ironing board, iron, and drying rack are also at your disposal.
We also supply you with dish towels , basic spices, cooking oil, cleaning supplies, dishwashing and laundry products, garbage bags, toilet paper, kitchen roll...
Spacious parking with charging point
Private parking for four cars in front of the house.
There is a charging point for your electric car.
(ask for instructions).
You can safely park your bicycles or mountain bikes at the back of the garden.

The villa is heated by gas central heating , and a built-in wood stove provides extra warmth and coziness throughout the open living space.
The house is equipped with home automation so that we can efficiently manage energy and lighting consumption.
Electricity, gas, water, and wood consumption are included.

Wood , firelighters, and matches for the wood fire are provided.
All technical installations were renewed in 2019.
Final cleaning
Mandatory and included!
The house is always thoroughly cleaned to a high standard before the start of your stay .
The sheets and towels are professionally washed and ironed .
Cleaning products, cleaning supplies, and a vacuum cleaner are available should you wish to do some cleaning yourself.
Ask for an extra cleaning for a longer stay.
(maximum once a week)
** Final cleaning mandatory at 85 EUR (normal, responsible use of the property is expected).
